Car Alarms: help please, chevy silvarado, ding ding

it is a 1995 chevy silvarado and it has an alarm. sidewinder 5000 ESP the lights flashing dings and now the truck wont even start no click or anything only thing you can hear or see is lights flashing and a ding ding . . . . .how do i turn alarm off and can start and drive the truck again..
