Car Alarms: caravan anti theft reset, alarmtek, battery problem

My 94 Caravan anti theft was activated during a battery problem.  We don't have a remote to disable it. Is their anyway to reset it manually?

for this one. I have gone into depth serveral
times on this general question, and now direct

It was simply exausting sending the same info/
