Car Alarms: car alarm, toyota camry, failed efforts

Question
After several failed efforts to prevent random self activation of the anti-theft alarm system, the dealer on Saturday removed the factory installed system completely from my 2000 Toyota Camry.  Monday night at 11 pm, it went off in my drive as before: honking and  lights blinking.  It's as though nothing was done, although I saw the system that supposedly was removed.  The alarm  may stop itself and then unpredictably start up again but the only way to guarantee it will stay off is to disconnect the battery.  Naturally, whenever I had it at the dealer's, it would not go off at all.  Hope you can solve this problem.  .
