Car Alarms: Viper 5501 trouble, google search, check battery

2 days ago my car suddenly stop turning over. First reaction check battery, starter, and solenoid. Due to the fact that it wasn't turning at all i took it to the shop there after various test found out that the problem was my Viper 5501 remote starter. Also the led is not solid or blinking is completely off. it will unlock my car and when i use the remote start it does the same as when i use the key the everything comes on but wont attempt to start. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated
