Car Alarms: 1991 Accord door lock/unlock wires, kick panel, good luck

Question
As far as I know the wire for door lock/unlock for this car is black/white(-) and black/red(-). But when I ohm it out these two wires are always hot(+12V)and my alarm has (-) out put for door lock/unlock. Do I get the correct wires? these two wires are located in the pile of wires hidden under the carpet below driver kick panel.
