1998 Chrysler cirrus battery need to be charged
connected battery cable to under the hood post
car lights, horn, started to go off. would not let
car turn over. finally was able to start the car I
let car run for 1/2 hour. turn car off for less then a few
seconds car would not come on, not even the dash board
lights, nothing. I have try to disarm the alarm by turning the
key lock from lock to under lock.  Neighbor said car alarm need to be disarmed.  It is a factory alarm
