Car Alarms: viper alarm goes off ramdomly, google search, support question

My viper alarm was randomly going off a few months ago saying different zone where triggered and some times the car remote and alarm remote would not open the doors then it stopped happening and the alarm seemed to be fine but this morning it has gone off 3 times saying the door has been triggered, any idea why this is happening
