Car Alarms: Prolock system for Acura Integra, acura integra, chip type

Question
I have a Prolock type system on my 96 Acura Integra, its a small plastic chip type key that inserts into the piece located under the dash next to the steering wheel and kills the starter when removed. I've searched high and low, and no one can seem to help. I cant start the car without it. How can I do this myself?

Answer
Locate where the wires go in the ignition column
from the Prolock, cut them and re attach the BLACK/WHITE wire
in the ignition so that it's pre install condition.

Then chuck the prolock as there is no
way to re-sinc that one to new keys.

Or get another Prolock (39.95) with
it's matched to series keys and replace
it.

I hope this helps.
