Car Alarms: prestige aps 99bt3 car alarm, alarmtek, car alarm

I have a chevy s-10 1999 truck with a prestige aps 99bt3 car alarm attached. The alarm is staying on and when i turn the key on, I have no ignition, interior lights, etc. I have no installation manual for the alarm system as it was on the truck when I purchased it.How do I go about disarming it? Thanks

for this one. I have gone into depth serveral
times on this general question, and now direct

It was simply exausting sending the same info/
