Car Alarms: Turn alarm off, key fobs, auto responder

Question
Hi, I just recently bought a used Integra with a car alarm. I currently live in Alaska and the other day, I decided to drive my car. I used the key fob to open the doors but the locks were frozen. I then opened the door with the key (alarm didn't go off) and tried to start the motor and it got "starter killed" I believe. Unable to turn the engine on, I thought that it might have been too cold (around 10 degrees F) so I closed the doors and locked the car with the fob. I didn't hear the locks lock so I opened the door and the alarm went off. No matter what I did, the alarm wouldn't stop. The key fobs are useless now and I can't turn the car on so I unhooked the battery. I found the alarm fuse and it turned the alarm off but I am unable to drive. While looking for the fuse, I found out under the dash that my alarm is an Automate 435 and found its valet switch. I managed to find the owners manual but couldn't find anything useful. Please help me turn my alarm off.
