Car Alarms: Anti-theft immobilizer bypass, mitsubishi montero sport, mitsubishi montero

I am in Iraq and have a 2004 Mitsubishi Montero Sport that does not have a key. It was lost. It is impossible to get the vehicle to the States to have it reprogrammed, so we are trying to figure out how to bypass the factory installed anti-theft immobilizer system. we installed an aftermarket ignition switch, but we do not have injector pulse nor fuel pressure. all other functions operate. can you help? Desperate Soldiers in need.
