i have a chevy venture, my car alarm won't disengage and I can't start my car. How do I reset the alarm or cut it off?

Answer
This truck has the PASSLOCK III system and will need to be reset
by GM.

There is nothing you can do personally if
the PASSLOCK III system has engaged, so make an appointment
for a reset session at the local dealership and
have that done soon.
