How can I remove my car alarm?  I have a 1995 ford taurus with a car alarm that goes of and won't allowme to start the car.  the alarm does not actually sound, but the lights flicker as if it is going offf and I can't turn it off.  the alarm switch in my key chain does not work to turn it off.  what should I do?
