Car Alarms: OEM alarm Jeep cherokee, chrysler france, jeep cherokee

Hello, I'm French, thus sorry for my poor english. Chrysler France is not able to help me (No spare and no knowledges> Incredible). My jeep Cherokee 2.5 TD of 1999 VIN 1J4FJN8M5VL596508 don't start and is at Car office since 6 months!!!Why? Module RKE is dead. The theft alarm input signal of engine ECU pin 59 doesn't receive the right signal form VTTS modul. Open Close door is out of work but it is not a problem I can mechanicaly with the key open and close the doors. But when I sart engine, it starts 3 seconds and stop immediatly. I've the original terminal diagram from Bosch company of engine ECU 0 281 001 437 MSA 15.5, but nobody (I work at Bosch Cy) can't to say me if it is possible to write in EEPROM ECU a variant code to disable the theft signal. I would like to know if you will be able to help me and to explain how I can disable or "bypass" or "simulate" the theft alarm signal between VTTS modul and engine ECU.
