Car Alarms: Karr Remote Control, car doors, door locks

Question
The remote locks the  car doors but it does not always unlock the door, after I click on it to unlock,it makes a noise but the door locks stay locked. I use the key at the door for entry.  What should I do or check to get the remote to work properly?
