Car Alarms: 2001 Mitsu Mont Sport Horn Wont Shut off, montero sport, mitsu

I have a 2001 Mitsu montero Sport. Just recently, when i armed the factory alarm, the lights flashed and instead of just beeping (as the horn normally does) the horn started going off. The only way to shut the horn off was to pull the 10amp fuse. Please help. I need the horn to work, just not 24 hours a day.
