Car Alarms: Alarm system not responding, toyota celica, clarion ungo

Hi, I have a 2001 Toyota Celica with his factory alarm installed and I installed over it an Clarion Ungo SR9000 Remote start system. It worked perfectly for two years, until suddenly stopped. The LED does not turn on, the remote and the valet switch does not activate or deactivate the system. First I thought that there was a wiring issue or the alarm brain was gone, and I decided to replace the whole system with a new same one. So I did, re-wire everything (around 50 cables and 3 relays) everything is crimped and verified that it won't come out, I even used heat shrink cable cover to isolate individually each connection, and finally when I tested the system, still gave me the same problem. Now I think that could be something with the factory alarm but I know nothing about this one. Do you know if the factory alarm can be uninstall and leave only the remote start working? or Do you know what my problem is so you can help me how to fix it?
