I had some trouble with your online chat... here's the text: Hi, I live in the DC/Maryland area, but will be in Clearwater, FL for Christmas, and was wondering if I could get some advice on a remote starter. I saw the Micro Starter NR on your website. I have an '07 Honda CRV, and liked the idea of using my existing key fob. Do you think this would be a good choice? (I don't need anything fancy.)- or what else would you recommend.

Also, do you have installers available in the Tampa Bay Area?? (I'm unable to access the installhelp website from here at work) thanks..
