Car Alarms: excalibur remote FCC ID:ELVNTRBB, excalibur car, replacement remotes

Question
Can you reprogram an excalibur car remote EKVNTRBB?  The remote had a low batt sign and when i changed the battery, the remote lit up and nothing else.  Now the alarm does not work. I don't know if the remote does not work anymore or if by accident I turned off the alarm.
