Car Alarms: Python Auto Remote Start and Alarm, keyless entry systems, valet mode

Question
I recently had my battery die in  my truck, when I jumped my truck let it run for a while to recharge the battery. I've had my battery die before, but when restarted, the alarm/remote starter would reset. My question is prior to this my alarm/ remote start worked, now the keyfob attachment will sound off when I press the button, but the truck will not start or lock. I tried the valet mode reset, but that didn't work.
