Car Alarms: Alarm problem, sharcnet, remotes

Hi Bob, I bought a Scytek 5100 RS-2W system from you several years ago for my 2001 Blazer.  Today, the remotes no longer lock/unlock the car, however, pressing the paging button on the antenna makes the remotes ring.  Both remotes do the same thing.  Seems like the alarm system is sending a signal but not receiving a signal.  I tried re-adding the remotes.  New batteries. No good.  Could the antenna/receiver be bad and not receiving the signals from the remotes? It does not appear that a zone is open as the blue light is off. Do you sell just the antenna/receiver? It's the one with the call button and long antenna.  Thanks, Jim

Hey Jim.
 Have you tried unplugging/resetiing the
antenna and power? Might kick start it, but your best
answer will come from the tech office at Scytek directly.

See what they suggest. But in my mind if they remotes
are responding "ringing" when the call button is pressed,
they are getting signal.

Something else, maybe hanging it up.
Find out from the "horses mouth" &
let me know what they discover.
