Car Alarms: Constant Horn Chirp-Compustar 1W900FMR, car alarm installation, alarmtek

My vehicle is equipped with a Compustar 1W900FMR remote alarm/starter.  The system continuously chirps when the system is connected. It just began doing this without any incident.  To forgo the issue, I have simply disconnected the system.  Now I can't use the system.  I hope you can identify the problem and let me know of a solution.
