Car Alarms: 96 nissan pathfinder alarm randomly goes off, nissan pathfinder, replacement transmitters

i have a 96 Nissan pathfinder and the alarm randomly goes off, like once a week, when there is no one around it, i would just shut it off with the remote and call it a day but the remote is broken, so i have to get up in the middle of the night and stick my key in it to turn it off(i hate waking up in the middle of the night because thats when it usually happens), What can i do to either disable it or get a new remote?

The remote you can aquire at Nissan or a place online that does replacement transmitters, I don't do that here.

On disabling the "factory" system, go to www.wirewerx.com
and select the option to disable the OEM-FACTORY system
To buy the bypass solution to take out the system safely.
