Car Alarms: car alarm, crimestopper car alarm, stereo shop

Question
I had a crimestopper car alarm (don't know which one) installed at a dealership about 4 years ago.  About a month ago (while driving) my locks would try to relock.  Then a few days later (while driving) my horn would sound but not in any type of rhythm.  It would also be just very short blirps of the horn.  Also this entire time my LED light would sometimes be on and sometimes be off.  Now (today) the LED light was blinking.  I started the car and stated driving off when my horn went off and stayed on.  I pulled to the shoulder and turned off my car, pulled the key out and then tried to restart.  Once I tried to turn it over the car shut down and the horn went off again.  Now I am locked out and unable to drive.  Yes I have changed the batteries.  What can I do to bypass the alarm?  I would like to get my car home and then totally bypass the alarm if possible.  Any help?

Answer
I'd try to re ground it. That's what it sounds like.
If not handy with tools, run it to a local stereo
shop for an evaluation to see if it can be salvaged.

But from the sounds of this trouble, you are also dealing with the
factory alarm if the horn is sounding, headlights etc...

What's the make, model & year of it?
