Car Alarms: car alarm, car wont start, remote start

I have a 2002 explorer limeted edition.It has a keyless entry with autotheft recently I bougth a prestige remote start alarm after the installation the car wont start what do I have to do to make it work is there a switch to override the keyless or do I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP.thanks

You need the IM04 bypass kit that does not
make you give up an ignition key to use it (69.95),
or the PASS4 universal bypass kit that does (36.00).

Both in stock and avialable here.

But either way, you will need to circumvent the PATS
system to remote start this vehicle.
