Car Alarms: Remote Issuses, keyless entry systems, car alarms

Question
I have a 99 F250 with an Automate 7hf installed in it. It will start after about 3 to 5 attempts  but none of the lights come on when it starts and also no lights flash when I lock or unlock the truck! Any Ideas?
