Car Alarms: 2004 Accord Alarm malfunction, sound horn, alarm sounds

2004 Accord Alarm goes off - honks horn flashes lights - no one touched car. Remotes still work - but on weekend when locking with remote - would not flash lights or sound horn on second press of lock button. Still flashed lighst when unlocking car. Is this a sign car battery is low and a voltage drop is setting off alarm?
