Car Alarms: APS2K4MSFLCF wont start, buttons work, remote start

Hi,
My remote start is installed on a '03 Grand Am that I purchased a couple months ago. The remote start worked when I got it, now it just doesn't. The door lock/unlock buttons work, and the "option" button opens the trunk, but the trunk/ignition button that used to start the car does nothing. I've tried turning the car to "on" then flipped the toggle switch, but nothing. Were do I go from here?

We contact the seller of the system for clarity.
I don't know what you have there, but likely as not,
the bypass module used may have something to do with it.

Have it looked at by a technician who installs these devices
if you can not locate the original installer, for evaluation
and repair/resetting.
