Car Alarms: turning off the sound when locking or unlocking., honda accord coupe, honda accord coupe 2003

i have a honda accord coupe 2003..my car alarm was always silent when i
lock/unlock the car. but now the sound will come up when i lock/unlock the car,
i was wondering if i could silence that?

Answer
All manufacturers are different. If it's factory,
you would need to contact Honda service for clarity.

If it's after market, you would need the manual
to change the feature settings. Use the FCC ID#
on the remote to ID what you have and then locate the
manufacturer to figure it out.
