Car Alarms: Sidewinder Remote Car Starter, remote car starter, nissan altima

Question
When I use the remote starter, the car starts initially and then it turns off in about 2-3 seconds. It had worked for the first few years, and then I began experiencing this problem. I have a 2002 Nissan Altima. Not sure of the exact Sidewinder product as I purchased the car used with the started installed. Thank you!
