How can you replace a primer (tecuseh # 640259)?  on a toro Lawn Mower

Answer
There should be a retaining ring that has to be pried out.  Pay attention to how it comes out so the new one can go back in the same way. The link below shows the primer and retainer.  I use a metal hook, but a small screwdriver works just as well.  Use a socket that fits on the ring to push the new one in.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks, PK.
