Car Alarms: viper car alarm, auto reply, product question

hi, i have a viper car alrm installed into my car. my remote control doesnt work and everytime i get into the car my alrm wont start ringing and i cant turn on the ignition. my car has been standing in one place for a week now. Do you have any advice on how i can disarm this alrm and start my car? thank you.
