Buick/Olds: a/c problem, dual climate, buick lesabre

Question
Buick LeSabre 1995.  What would make the passenger side of the vehicle not be doing what the driver's side is doing as far as heating.   When the temp control wants a/c both sides are correct.  When the passenger compartment needs heat the driver's side complies but the pass. side keeps pumping out cold. I have even bumped up the temperature control to 85 or 90 and the driver's side gets hotter and hotter but the air coming out of the pass. side is cold. The pass. side has a control that you can have it be 4 degreeswarmer or colder but this has no effect.

Answer
You are the "ump-teenth million" person to ask me that question.  Buick, I see is having a lot of problems when this dual climate control.  I think I will contact them and see if there  is a recall or something.  It is either between the actuator door otherwise known as a blend door, the sensor that senses the temp, or one person took it to the dealership who reset something in there and it took care of the problem--free of charge.  keep me updated on what you find.
