Car Alarms: CAR ALARM, hyundai elantra, resident technicians

I HAVE HYUNDAI ELANTRA 2001. PROBLEM IS THAT, I CANT LOCK THE DOORS WITH REMOTE BUT ONLY I CAN HEAR THE LOCK MOVEMENT AND BEEP AND LIGHT FLASHES FRONT AND REAR. BUT I CAN UN LOCK WITH REMOTE.
