Car Alarms: remote starter wont do anything, resident technicians, fcc id

Question
What happened to my remote starter?  All of a sudden it just won't start, lock or unlock the car.  I replaced the batteries and still nothing.  I thought it was weird the other day when I was driving down the road and the doors just locked.  the FCC ID is   ezsdei474v  somebody please help.
