Car Alarms: Sidewinder car Alarm, sidewinder car alarm, keyless entry systems

Question
I have a Sidewinder car alarm that has started going off when I try to remote
start the car.  The doors will not remotely lock or unlock, either.  I tried to
manually unlock the car and start it manually.  I got in the car, but when I
tried to start the car, it would not start and the alarm goes off.  I replaced the
battery and the same thing happened, again.  I cannot find the owners
manual or any type of directions.  The alarm system has been on the car for
@ 15 years.
