Car Alarms: Nissan Altima 1998 Car Alarm keeps blaring, nissan altima gle, nissan altima

QUESTION: Hi Got a used Nissan Altima GLE 1998 and was given a Remote for opening and closing the doors.There was one more button (most probably for Car Alarm).Pressed the Car alarm button accidentally and the car alarm started off.The Head lights started blinking and the car horn started blaring and all the lights on the dashboard came up.The ingine wont start.Not sure what is the problem.Opening and closing the door didn't help.The horn stops after 10 mins.Not sure what might be the problem.Any idea?

QUESTION: Hi, the key fob says Valet.Will it be the Valet Alarm system which is installed on the car? If so, is there any workaround to fix this?I dont care abt the Auto theft security.I want the car to start off. I can use the normal ney to lock and unlock. Would be great if you can help.
