Car Alarms: Door wont unlock with the remote locks me in from the inside!, automatic door locks, karr alarm

I got a Karr alarm put into my truck in march. I dont have automatic door locks and windows but they put a divice that will unlock my drivers side windows with the remote but now it doesn't work and when I am inside the truck it locks me in. any suggestions??
