Car Alarms: 300zx Viper car alarm will not shut off, viper car alarm, keyless entry systems

Question
My friend has a 300zx with a viper alarm, not sure what model, it was set off and now it will not shut down. The remote will not shut it off and the button to reset the alarm was damaged at some point. What would be the best way to bypass the alarm. He is not able to start the car with the alarm going off. The alarm came with the car. Thank you
