QuestionI have been installing the above listed alarm in my son's 94 acura legend. I have finished hooking everything up and all the features seem to work fine with the exception of the siren and the door lock. The siren doesn't work at all, (I am going to recheck the ground and make sure I haven't pinched the hot wire tomorrow). As far as the door lock, I rang out the wire from the alarm plug to the plug on the factory alarm, and it has continuity. The alarm does arm, but as I said the doors don't lock. I saw in the manual that there are different setting for the pulse to lock the doors (1 sec, 3 sec and 0.1 sec). Could this have something to do with it? Thanks for your time, and any help would be very much appreciated.

AnswerOk, make certain you are on the right wires
and are set up for 3 wire negative door locks:
POWER LOCK |green/white |-|@ the security module
POWER UNLOCK|green/blue |-|@ the security module*
The security module is mounted above accelerator pedal,
to the right of the steering column.
*These wires arm/lock and disarm/unlock.
Test with the passenger key switch.
DO NOT CHANGE THE DEFAULT LOCK TIMER!!!
