Car Alarms: autopage rs-860, monte carlo ss, resident technicians

Question
i have a 2004 monte carlo ss with onstar and the autopage rs-860 installed! at first the alarm worked fine! the way the antenna was installed in the middle of the window the tip facing downward with the plug harness going back into the headliner . the problem is that my music broke off the cords out of the plug  for the antenna harness(hence the shaking headliner)! so one by one they all started breaking. so one day i am trying to fix it and the cords for the antenna plug touch! after that the alarm no longer works.
my question is...
1.did i really mess this alarm up ?
2.is it the in-line fuse?
3.if it is the fuse,will i have to do any reprogramming or anything like that?
4.if not any of the above then what do you think the problem is?
