Car Alarms: Pyton 900, keyless entry systems, car alarms

Hi my son left his MR2 at our house and at AM the alarm was going off I kept pressing the bigger block security key instead of the smaller one, anyway it wouldn't stop so my husband turned it off with the little round key under the bonnet, now we can not even drive it as all the electrics are not working, the doors want even lock. can you please help.deporate Mum
