Car Alarms: car alarm problem, prestige alarm, inline fuse

hi i have a prestige alarm it's been working good but just now it stopped working everything works except my unlock button my car locks when i press the button but it wont unlock i have to open the door with my key why is that?

Could be a misconnection, or even an inline fuse.
I'd suggest you take it up to the local
stereo/car alarm shop for inspection
and repair. Hard for me to say for certain
without an on site evaluation.

Should not be too much to check and repair.
