Car Alarms: 94 thunderbird keyless entry, keyless entry systems, remote keyless entry

Question
I was wondering how can i tell if my 94 thunderbird V8 4.6 has a remote keyless entry? Where do i find the module? Also is it true that if my doors are locked and i made an attempt to open it and my dome light comes on mean i have it? And how much for an aftermarket system, all i car about is not having to stick my key in to open the door, an alarm is not a concern.

If there is a keypad on the drivers side door,
this car has OEM keyless entry. If no button
keypad, no keyless from the factory.

The only other way is to know is to actually
get in to the installation, locate the door lock
wires to test for the relay type.
