Car Alarms: Python 871XP troubles..., support inquiry, python 871xp

Question
Recently the remote for my Python 871XP car alarm has been beeping all the time. It will beep once or twice and then stop, then 30 seconds later it will do the same thing. Now my parked, locked car has it's rear lights flashing sometime, but not always.

What is going on and how do I fix this?
