Car Alarms: AutoMate AM1, valet mode, support inquiry

Question
I just bought a new 2008 Ford Edge that came with an AutoMate AM1 installed at the dealership by a contractor. The owners manual shows what programming settings you can use, but does not say how to actually program the unit. I have tried customer dis-service and their website with no luck. I would like to disable the horn honk when arming/disarming, so for now have it in permanent "valet" mode.
