Car Alarms: Black Widow Alarm Gone Bad, chrysler grand voyager, black widow alarm

Question
I have a Black Widow alarm that is not working any more due to the last remote switch for disarming broke. I've try to disable the whole thing, but now the Chrysler Grand Voyager 2000 will not start. I need to know what wires to disconnect from the black widow to have the VAN start again. I believe the Kill switch is causing this problem, but do not know where to disconnect or reset it. Help please!

Answer
Ok, you say you know where the valet switch is,
and it's not working? the wires connected to the
switch need to be grounded to the body for up
to 7 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned on,
to reset the alarm. Short of replacing the switch
again, or removing the alarm and starter kill relay istalled,
that would be the easiest way to get out
of your trouble. To get support for the system,
try www.blackwidowsecurity.com

Remove the wires from the back
1. KEY ON
2. GROUND WIRES (BOTH) TO THE BODY OF THE VAN
3. WAIT UNTIL YOU GET A REACTION FROM THE SIREN AND LIGHTS

THAT SHOULD RESET IT. REPEAT STEPS TO GO BACK TO
ALARM MODE.

Good luck with it.
