Car Alarms: K9 car alarm, blown fuse, silent mode

Question
When I arm my car alarm it doesn't chirp anymore. If the alarm is tripped the lights start flashing like usual but there is no sound. Could the horn for it need replacing or should I check for a blown fuse? I've already tried resetting with the valet button.

May be in a silent mode, and has a simple
fix.

I unfortunately don't know the

you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
