Auto body repair & detailing: welding, wire feed welder, blow torch

Question
on my acura integra, the hinge of my door got bent in.  So now my door is difficult to open and close.  Can't hammer it out from the inside.  Basically i want to use a grinder to cut the metal on two sides or so that I can bend the metal back out.

After I get the metal where its supposed to be, how do i weld my 2 cuts back?  how would i weld the metal so that it would be strong again to hold the hinge?

basically how do i do simple welds to just hold sheet metal together.  I don't expect my welds to look pretty, but i just want metal to bond to metal.

What are the cheapest tools I need and basic methods to do a few beginner simple welds?  Every article I read makes it sound like rocket science.

I have welding sticks that someone at work gave me.  they look like sparklers for 4th July.  Now how do i melt these sticks on to the metal? a blow torch or does it have to be a specific welding flame?

Thank you

Answer
Grind the area that needs to be welded to bare metal and use a wire feed welder and grind a area for the ground to attach and weld away. The rods you have are for a ark welder you could use them but you need a ark welder.
