Car Alarms: Honda Pilot, radio frequencies from, honda pilot

Question
My daughter has a 1997 Maxima. Whenever our Honda Pilot comes within 100 ft it the factory alarm goes off in the Maxima.  The remote keyless entry for the Pilot also quit working when this starting happening.  Any ideas.

Odd. There may be a radio field
in the area of the 2 cars that is causing a conflict,
but hard to say from here. I have frankly never
heard of this happening except in that the overlapping
radio frequencies from something close to both
vehicles is causing this anomally.
